Online Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Sessions

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and also as the noisy yoga:), because it focuses on specific breathing techniques which help align energy in the body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that in its kriyas (set of particular exercises) offers a unique experience for heart, body, mind and soul.

We will use Kundalini mantras, which are sacred chants that help connect the wisdom of the mind and the heart.

Day: Wednesday

Start at 6:30 pm London UK time

End: 8:00pm

We will TUNE IN with mantra:

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo – 3x (meaning ‘I call upon the subtle divine wisdom of the teacher within’)

Aad Guray Nameh, Jugaad Guray Nameh

Sat Guray Nameh, Siree Guru Devay Name – 3x

‘I call upon the primal wisdom

I call upon the wisdom through the ages

I call upon the true wisdom

I call upon the great unseen wisdom’

We will practice kriyas followed by relaxation and end the practice with mantra, breathing or silent meditation and

we will TUNE OUT with mantra Sat nam 3x times.

You will need:

– quiet space and comfortable clothing

– mat or blanket

– water
