‘Without tools trauma rules’ ~Peter Levine

Trauma in the Greek language means wound. There are some wounds that still keep bleeding and may cause a great deal of pain and suffering. These kind of wounds need a particular set of tools that are based on deep understanding, compassion and kindness.

I offer some of the tools that helped me in healing my own wounds and which I experienced as a true and tangible transformation.

My Offerings

Welcome,

I’m here to hold a safe space for your truth to unfold and to walk you home, to the place that is often lost when we experience trauma.

"Unresolved trauma brings a great deal of suffering. Trauma resolved is a gift from the gods.”

A Journey toward Healthy Autonomy and Self-Empowerment

IoPT - Somatic Parts Work

Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT) offers an in-depth exploration of personal trauma and a specific understanding of trauma as a psychological split that results in emotional, physical, developmental and relational wounding in a human being. The practice of IoPT, the intention method is a fascinating tool for making the unconscious conscious.

Systemic Constellations

Systemic Constellations, is a therapeutic approach designed to identify and resolve difficult life issues in our family, work, health, business, relationships or creativity. The roots of these issues can lie deep in the unconscious areas of our own family and individual system.

Soma means body

The physical body is an incredibly intelligent system that constantly communicates with us and provides many important messages. It is a complex network that consists of not only nerves, muscles, organs, hormones, etc but it also contains information, energy, emotions and memories therefore somatic awareness and bodywork is crucial in healing trauma.

Trauma & Society

“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”  J. Krishnamurti. We live in a society where the topic of trauma is still quite neglected. Although there is a recognition of the symptoms of trauma, the central issue is still often widely ignored, feared and not understood. Trauma is part of life and it does shape the way we create and organise everything in the world.

"Trauma is a fact of life.

It does not, however, have to be a life sentence."

Peter Levine

‘There are many parts within you that want to be seen, heard and loved.’ Prem
