Gentle Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation to Calm the Mind, Body and Soul

Online sessions via Zoom

In these sessions we will practice simple yogic movements that gently help stretch and open the body and relax the mind.

We will practice conscious breaths, and we will use simple postures and movement to calm the nervous system and the mind in order to bring balance and release stress and tension that the body may store.

The aim of the practice is to bring a state of deep relaxation and harmony to the whole body and peace to the mind.

Day: selected Thursdays

Start time: 7:00 pm London UK time

End time: 8:00 pm

You will need a quiet space, yoga mat, blanket and water.
