Feminine and Masculine in Harmony – an Inner Journey of Self-Empowerment

Exploring inner feminine and inner masculine energy using Systemic Constellations.

Regardless of the gender we all have the Feminine and the Masculine energies within,

however sometimes they may be out of balance or even in a state of inner conflict and resistance to each other.

The first step in the work of Feminine and Masculine energy is to look at what are the main qualities of both energies.

Here are some of them:

– Balanced and healthy masculine (often called the Divine Masculine) is characterised by action, direction, movement, responsibility, strength, focus, fatherhood, the sun, generosity, encouragement, material abundance, clarity, intellect, transformation and growth.

– The qualities of a balanced and healthy feminine (the Devine Feminine) are: life, renewal, creation, restoration, birth, healing, receptivity, openness, motherhood, nurturing, love, understanding, compassion, insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, the moon, connection, harmony and sensuality.

In our daily life our feminine and masculine energy can be utilised as a valuable RESOURCE, when it is healed and balanced, in absolutely every aspect in life:

romantic relationships, friendships, career, prosperity, sexuality, creativity, physical and psychological health, parenthood, belonging, gender identity, abundance, etc.

When working with the feminine and masculine energies we cannot forget about the factors that contribute or contributed to their disempowerment, such as: patriarchy, ancestral trauma, early trauma, social constructs, religious and educational systems and much more.

In this workshop we will explore our own relationship to both energies and explore what stands on the way for the energies to reach their full potential and strength using the Family Constellations method, which can be done in groups and 1 to 1. We will do some explorations in an individual family systems and collective systems depending on the wish of the participants. There will be a space for a free talk and sharing, as well as mini constellations in break-out rooms for all participants depending on the group energy on the day.
