Family & Systemic Constellations

This is an online event that is open to anyone who would like to discover and explore the family and systemic dynamics and the impact of it on our lives. The modality of Systemic Constellations focuses on identifying blocks, limitations and difficulties as well as their original roots, which affect an individual’s life.

What are Family & Systemic Constellations?

It is a simple however powerful modality that often helps reveal obstacles, limitations and entanglements that may stop us from living the life we want. Constellations can help with issues such as: personal relationships, family and organisational difficulties, financial issues, physical and mental health issues (addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, etc.) and many other challenges.

A Constellation refers to an arrangements of elements or parts that emerge in one’s family system. The whole group holds space to support the issue holder and the constellation explores underlying, and often unseen, dynamics that provide fresh perspectives and new insights.

This work can be done in a group and 1 to 1 session, online and in person. In a group setting the person that brings a personal issue will choose representatives to be part of his/her constellation and actively observes the unfolding process. The facilitator suggests resolving sentences to the representatives and if needed adds missing elements and/or resources in order to bring completeness and balance to the system.

Online Constellations Circles on Sundays

Start time: 4:00 pm London UK time

End time: 7:00 – 7:30 pm London UK time

Duration: approximately 3 – 3.5 hours including few 10-15mins breaks

Investment:

Issue Holder: £90 per person Standard price.

(+ Eventbrite fee) this also includes approx. 30 minutes of optional consultation before (or after) the group workshop in order to address and identify the issue and other significant systemic dynamics. When you book the Issue Holder ticket please ensure you make a contact at least 24hrs before the date of the workshop if you would like to have this additional support.

Constellation for a Couple: £150 per couple (2 people) – this is an opportunity to explore hidden dynamics in a couple’s relationship in terms of commitment, connection, intimacy, imbalance of giving and receiving, power, boundaries, etc.

Representative / Participant : £15 per person per session

– Cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice – full refund given

– Cancellation made within 2 – 1 weeks of the workshop – half the fee is refunded
