Individual Sessions

Whether you have done a lot of personal work and therapy or you are just embarking on the healing journey it may be at times not so easy to open yourself to someone new and to enter an unknown area. Such steps do take a lot of courage, trust, effort and commitment. Very often the anxiety may talk us out of starting up something new, it often says: ‘Im actually OK. I will manage it.’ or ” I will better stick with what I know’ or ‘I don’t have time, money,..’ etc. Wherever you are, your body will know the answer and it will guide you to the best experience when the time is right.

This is why I offer free consultation to start with so you can orient yourself and see if my work is what you need. Alternatively you can join any of my online workshops to meet me and to get the sense of how I work. I understand that life situations may be often difficult in terms of financial abundance therefore feel free to contact me for lower cost if you are experiencing crisis. Below I offer some options of short and long term work with me. All private sessions are currently remote and online.
