This workshop is an invitation for everyone interested in personal growth,
strengthening connection to life and dismantling obsolete patterns that inhibit your true potential and life force.
We will utilise the modalities of Family Constellations and IoPT Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy, which use the resonance method as a tool to access often unconscious, hidden and unresolved family and personal dynamics.

– You do not need to have any prior experience with this work. Participants opennes, presence and curiosity is sufficient to attend
– Due to the deep emotional nature of this work the space is available if you can take responsibility for your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing before, during and after the workshop
– By joining this workshop you commit to co-creating a safe, inclusive, non-judgemental, respectful and confidential space for yourself and everyone participating
